What People Are Saying

How long is a trajectory?

This depends very much on you and the topic you would like to work on. Most trajectories last around 6 to 8 sessions, but shorter and longer trajectories are also possible.

How long is one session?

My standard sessions last 90 minutes. For some more in-depth methodologies, such as family constellations or reflections on your value system, I offer 2-hour sessions.

How can I be sure of the quality of this coaching?

In the Netherlands, the term "coach" isn't legally protected, meaning that anyone can technically call themselves a coach. However, I have completed a certified two-year coaching and counselling education at the Academy for Coaching & Counselling, during which I experienced significant personal and professional growth. I am trained in a variety of methodologies, including non-violent communication, positive psychology, transactional analysis, and family constellations, among others. In addition to my formal training, I have four years of experience coaching students, individual clients, and groups. Rather than just taking my word for it, I encourage you to reach out and schedule a free session to see how you feel about what I have to offer.

What is the difference between coaching and counselling?

Coaching and counselling are closely linked and complementary. Counselling dives into the past, helping to uncover and resolve any underlying patterns, while coaching focuses on how to move forward and make positive changes for the future. I combine both approaches to make sure that anything from the past that might be holding you back is addressed, so you can confidently work on creating the future you want.

When are you available?

I offer coaching on weekdays and weekends, as well as during the day and some evenings. Just send me a message and I am sure we can find a time slot asap.

What languages do you coach in?

In German and English.

I offer in-person sessions in Maastricht and Cologne.
